Bone Marrow Transplant

To undergo BMT procedure patients should have fully matched Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) sibling/parent. The treatment is an expensive and an unaffordable procedure for our patients. Setting up BMT centre is very expensive and complex affair. Hence, TSCS made Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sankalp Foundation, for BMT treatment at Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital, Bangalore initially. Also we made MoU with other reputable hospitals, such as Narayana Hrudayala, Bangalore and Rainbow Children Hospital, Hyderabad, where HLA Fully matched and Haplo matched types of BMT procedures are available.
